Our History
At the time of incorporation, Deepansh Shukla and Jitendra Prasad Sharma were appointed as Directors of the company.
Between 2017 and 2019, the team played a key role in multiple high-capacity solar parks across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, including:
395 MW at Baap, Jodhpur with Susten by Mahindra
300 MW at Karada, Jaisalmer with ReNew Power
A landmark 750 MW solar complex at Gurh, Rewa (MP) executed in three units, in association with Susten by Mahindra, ACME, and Sprng Clean Energy (L&T)
This phase established strong credentials in multi-unit execution, high-volume project management, and coordination with global EPC and investor-driven projects.
From 2023 onwards, SOLAXIO DS ENERGY strengthened its presence across Gujarat and pan-India projects, delivering execution services for next-generation utility-scale developments:
50 MW executed within a 300 MW DVC project at Surendranagar, Gujarat for Avaada InClean Pvt. Ltd.
90 MW delivered across 5 blocks in a 975 MW project for ArcelorMittal Green Energy, in collaboration with Oriano Clean Energy
30 MW executed for Ampin Energy Transition Pvt. Ltd., partnered with Jackson Green
2007
The professional journey behind SOLAXIO DS ENERGY began in 2015, with involvement in some of India’s earliest and largest solar installations. During this period, the team successfully contributed to 100 MW and 400 MW projects at Gudibanda (Karnataka) and Jaisalmer (Rajasthan), working with reputed organizations such as ReNew Power, Fortum India, and EPC leaders including GE India and Beelectric India.
By 2016–17, the execution footprint expanded further with 300 MW of solar capacity in Lala, Jaisalmer, reinforcing expertise in ground-mounted utility-scale solar plants under challenging desert conditions.
With extensive on-ground experience across more than 2 GW of solar capacity, SOLAXIO DS ENERGY PVT. LTD. was formally positioned as an independent Solar EPC company under the DS Group umbrella. The company focused on refining engineering standards, quality control systems, safety practices, and scalable execution models suitable for large solar parks as well as customized EPC solutions.
